Frederique Constant has unveiled its latest addition to the Classics Runabout series, the Automatic GMT, on July 1, 2026. This release continues the brand’s collaboration with the Riva Historical Society, a partnership that began in 2013 to honor the legacy of Italy’s iconic wooden motorboats. The watch reflects the elegance and charm of the classic Riva boats, with a polished round steel case and a sophisticated GMT movement. The new GMT model enhances the collection with its dress-watch orientation, offering versatility for various occasions. With a water resistance of 50 meters, it balances style and practicality. Although the price and specific reference remain undisclosed, the watch is available in two dial versions, as highlighted by Monochrome and Oracle Time. This biennial release not only celebrates the craftsmanship of Frederique Constant but also pays homage to the Italian lake culture that inspired it. The collaboration with the Riva Historical Society underscores a shared commitment to preserving the allure of la dolce vita, making this watch a noteworthy addition for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
