Yema Navygraf Barracuda CMM.20 Limited Edition

A forged-carbon salute to France’s submarine fleet, launched fittingly on Bastille Day.

Yema has unveiled the Navygraf Barracuda CMM.20 Limited Edition, timed to arrive on July 14, France’s national holiday. The watch, reference 21.26.20.66.SNL-D6, was developed in direct collaboration with the French Marine Nationale as a tribute to the Barracuda-class nuclear submarine fleet, and it’s reportedly limited to 400 pieces.

The centerpiece is a forged carbon dial and bezel treatment, a material choice that nods to the rugged, industrial character of submarine engineering while giving each piece a distinct, marbled texture. Inside sits Yema’s own CMM.20, an in-house micro-rotor automatic caliber that has now anchored three generations of Navygraf watches, following the Navygraf Slim and Navygraf Pearl. Pricing has not been disclosed at time of writing.

What makes this release notable isn’t just the material or the movement, but the continuity: Yema keeps building out the Navygraf line on its own micro-rotor architecture rather than reaching for outside suppliers, and its partnership with the Marine Nationale grounds the design in genuine naval history rather than surface-level theming.
