Ulysse Nardin has added a new Classico to its website, reference 3202-136LE-9A-LIU/1A, built around a collaboration with the contemporary Chinese artist Rendao Liu. Ulysse Nardin’s product page frames it as one of four limited-edition miniature-painting timepieces in a “Make Waves” collection and this particular reference is limited to 25 examples in a 40 mm case.

The dial is the point. The brand describes its métiers d’art as “exceptional,” with miniature painting practiced in-house for over 15 years, placing this release in its own workshop rather than outsourcing the artistry.
