Henry Archer's Vesterhav Tempest Gets a Muonionalusta Meteorite Dial

A Danish microbrand pairs a meteorite dial material often seen in five-figure Swiss watches with a steel case.

Posted on 2 September 2026, Henry Archer’s Vesterhav Meteorite Tempest video introduces a Vesterhav whose dial, the brand says, is a slice of Muonionalusta iron. The dial is cut and etched to reveal the Widmanstätten pattern, a crosshatched crystal structure found in iron meteorites. As the crystals form unpredictably, the description notes that “no two sections are exactly alike.”

The specs are unusually detailed for a launch clip: Miyota 9015 movement, 40mm case, 10.45mm thick, 47mm lug-to-lug, up to 42 hours of power reserve, 200m water resistance.
